M3 Mobile Legends finally finished and two representatives from the Philippines dominated the main stage solidly. Both ONIC PH and Blacklist International, both managed to become a team that many people feared. Compared to teams from other countries, the Philippines is indeed a strong country. Maybe this is also thanks to their disciplined work ethic and also willing to focus on the M3 tournament. Even the Blacklist players admit that in MPLI they are not focused because they prioritize M3.
This top performance can certainly be learned. Both inside and outside the game where both teams can be very solid and always consistently give their best results. Not many teams can be like them.
Interestingly, ONIC PH and Blacklist are also dominant in MPL PH season 8. The two teams occupy the second and first positions. In M3, there was a rematch which was the same as the Grand Final of MPL PH season 8 as well.
M3 Mobile Legends Ends, Proof that Indonesia Must Learn From the Philippines?
Great success in M3 is certainly a very good thing for the Philippines. Their two representatives dominated both ONIC PH in the Upper Bracket and the International Blacklist in the Lower Bracket. Their strength is also very difficult to contain.
Maybe this is due to their high discipline, good work ethic, and creativity in their drafts and playstyle. The two teams also interestingly have a much different and superior playstyle.
We can see ONIC PH with their very aggressive playing style. Since Baloyskie has become a roamer, he and Kairi have repeatedly made a very high impact with map control.
Plus there is also Hatred who is very good at seizing the tempo of the game. Several times, ONIC PH achieved tempo swing thanks to Hatred who is very good at his mechanical skills and reading situations.
On the Blacklist International side, they are a very disciplined team and master the macro. At least, good luck to grab the Blacklist map control because Hadji and V33nus will be in full possession.
Wise and OHEB are terrible too, especially OHEB. He can slay his gold lane and is arguably the player with the highest mechanic in M3. For Wise, he is a rather “spoiled” player and must be protected. But the impact is very big when it’s On.
Good Work Ethos
The work ethic of this Filipino player must also be studied and imitated. They don’t focus on streaming when there is a tournament and maybe streaming for their own practice in rank. They scrim more often and prepare themselves.
Even from personal experience, Esportsku and other media wanted to interview the players and the Blacklist team when they won against EVOS SG. But they refused because they wanted to practice and prepare a strategy against BTK.
The proof is, they can immediately slaughter BTK and all the movements and games of this NA representative can be read. This has happened several times and maybe it should be imitated. Instead of relaxing or streaming, you can focus on the competition.
Create and Strat Their Own META , Learn From Mistakes
In the past, Rekt said that the META that EVOS used in season 8 was like dual support, they learned from the Philippines. This proves positive because their Ferxiic cores can be more active and free.
I just opened it, all Indonesian teams to learn the meta two supports from Blacklist International.
-Rekt-
This has happened several times when the Philippines is always creative in forming their own META and strat. One of the METAs that completely changes the way Mobile Legends is played is the Hyper Carry meta.
This META makes all Mobile Legends players change the way they play. Filipino teams are indeed very creative in Mobile Legends when forming their own way of playing. This is also imitated by MPL and other teams.
Don’t Underestimate Your Opponent, Keep Respect
One more thing that should be appreciated by the Filipino team is that they are never arrogant and underestimate the opposing team. Every time they play, Filipino teams are always relaxed and don’t trashtalk.
Although several times the Filipino teams showed their high confidence, they did not cross a thin line. Even the ONIC PH and Blacklist players have never fully celebrated if they haven’t won.
This seems to be imitated by teams in Indonesia. Always give your best unless there is a saved strategy for example. Then not head over the cloud where players and teams can remember land. Keep practicing, play wisely and don’t become a toxic player!
