This event will take place on August 1, 2021 at 00:01 and will end on October 31, 2021 at 23:59 Western Indonesia Time.

It’s very easy. This program is open to all Indonesian citizens and you have to buy Big Babol Mono or Big Babol Stick to get a unique code which can later be exchanged for skins or diamonds.
