RRQ Looking for a Mobile Legends Coach, Change Acil Or To MDL? (ML)

RRQ is currently undergoing a major overhaul, including the coach position. Yes, RRQ is currently looking for a Mobile Legends coach even though it has not been explained for their Hoshi or Sena division later. This is indeed surprising because if you are looking for a coach RRQ Hoshi, will Acil be replaced? Because Acil has just returned from Aerowolf, only one season holding RRQ Hoshi.

Indeed, Acil’s performance was not satisfactory, but as a coach who had to adapt to new players and vice versa, it wasn’t that bad. Acil only managed to bring RRQ Hoshi to the first round of the MPL ID palyoffs.

RRQ Looking for a Mobile Legends Coach

In RRQ’s Instagram story, they are seen looking for a new coach for Mobile Legends. It’s less clear which RRQ is for, but many believe that it’s for Hoshi’s RRQ doing a major overhaul.

Those who are looking for a coach are in the post. The requirements are as follows:

1. Minimum age 21 years and over.
2. Can stay at GH Jakarta, and standby 24/7.
3. Other former pro MLBB/MOBA players and coaching experience is a plus.
4. Have high intrapersonal skills.
5. Can work as a team and have a good work-ethic.

Not only that, RRQ also asks applicants for various obligations that they can fulfill as coaches later:

1. Work with players and team managers, and understand their needs and challenges.
2. Develop the highest potential of their players.
3. Understand Mobile Legends.
4. Able to read the strengths and weaknesses of the team as well as the individual.

For those who want to register, you must hurry because it is only until June 20, 2021. This is in view of the RRQ reshuffle which looks like it will be finished soon in terms of their players. Keep practicing, play wisely and don’t become a toxic player!
