There are leaks that there will be a change in rank later. Later the Mobile Legends rank system will be buffed, but strangely it looks even worse. This can even damage your match rank later. What will get changes is the no star drop point system and also extra star. There seems to be a change by increasing the points to get the effect of this, but it’s getting worse.

Even though it’s said to be in the buff, this actually ruins the game because the system will favor core players. Which means that the support and tank players are better off just sitting quietly and slowly advancing in rank.

I don’t know what Moonton had in mind in this rank system change because it wasn’t getting better, it was getting worse. With this, the players will feel disadvantaged, especially the majority of ML players, namely tanks and support.

7-Win Streak: 100 → 200
MVP: 50 → 100
Triple Kill: 0 → 50
Maniac: 20 → 100
Savage: 30 → 150
Legendary: 100 → 50

【Protection Points for the Winning Team】

MVP: 50 → 0
Gold Medal: 30 → 0
Silver Medal: 20 → 0
Bronze Medal: 80 → 0

【Protection Points for the Losing Team】

MVP: 155 → 155
Gold Medal: 30 → 45
Silver Medal: 20 → 30
Bronze Medal: 10 → 12
Triple Kill: 0 → 50
Maniac: 20 → 100
Savage: 30 → 150
Legendary: 100 → 50

It can be seen from this system that the benefit is the hero core team. Because they can rank up faster and anti-drop by doing kills, especially doing multi kills in the game.

Unfortunately the tank and support players are forgotten and do not get any effect. From Moonton’s confession, this is to be fair and judge based on performance. But what support/tank performance can get multi kill.

So get ready, you guys get weird picks with spam hero cores or support/tank build damage looking for kills. This is because Moonton made changes by supporting core players.

Hopefully this buffed Mobile Legends rank system doesn’t happen or at least it’s changed. For example, depending on the role will be assessed. Support/tank from assist/heal/participation and core from ADR/KDA/GPM. Keep practicing, play wisely and don’t become a toxic player!
