Base Damage Each Attack: 120-160> 100-130
Moonton realized that Claude became very OP after getting buffs on the previous patch. So with this they nerf the base damage for each attack on their ultimate skill from 120-160 to 100-130 smaller. This is Claude as the illegitimate hero of mobile legends failed to meta in mid-Season 19.
Claude himself relies heavily on his ultimate attack. Claude usually attacks by teleporting to get close to the opponent, then attacks him with skill 1 while increasing the stack to the full, now after full meaning Claude uses his ultimate to finish off the opponent. This attack is area nature and very difficult to avoid. Hence, the big damage in the previous patch was very OP and now Moonton is providing new adjustments.
If true, this latest patch note update will be available in January 2021, to be precise in the middle of season 19 in the Mobile Legends game. If nothing changes, then it is true that Claude is a hero who failed to get buffs in Mobile Legends.
