Emblems that you can use are Custom Assassin emblems with 3x Bravery talent arrangement for damage, 3x Fatal for critical, and Bounty Hunter for additional gold so Ling has a farm advantage.
With this emblem Ling will have additional damage and critical which will help him in the game. Combine this with his item build which emphasizes damage and critical, Ling’s burst capability will be very high. Bounty Hunter will also add his GPM, so Ling will get gold more efficiently.

Ling which has high mobility will not really need Flicker or Sprint. With his high mobility, Ling can rotate quickly from lane to lane and jungle. With his high mobility Ling can farm in these two places. Therefore Retribution is the best choice for him to improve the efficiency of his farming.
LING’S SKILLSET
Just like other common hero skillset in Mobile Legends, Ling has a skill set consisting of 1 passive and 3 active skills.
PASSIVE SKILL: CLOUD WALKER
Ling can jump from wall to wall, this is the main factor of Ling having the highest mobility and can move quickly, like Fanny. Every time he is on the wall, Ling will recover 2 energy every second, and every damage from Ling will recover 5 energy.
If he is attacking from a wall, Ling will increase his critical chance by 20%, even though his critical damage is reduced by 40%.

SKILL 1: FINCH POISE
The S1 is a very important skill, increasing critical for each level, it can be used by Ling to jump over the wall. Recovering energy quickly, Ling will also have a camouflage buff, making it invisible. If he’s damaged on the wall, it will remove the buff, and if hit with CC will be forced out of the wall.

S3 (ULTIMATE): TEMPEST BLADES
His ultimate is the reason that makes him a hero that many people hate. Ling will enter the innovative phase (not visible) and can move freely immune to CC and damage. This skill deals high damage to DoT physical damage in an area. It also knock-up effects, and Sword Field effect areas for 5 seconds.
At each end of the Sword Field will be available 4 Tempest Blade which will be very useful for Ling. If he touches this sword, Ling will lower the S2 CD and reset it and also restore 5 energies.
